During the Buchinger fast, solid food is deliberately avoided. During this time, the body receives only liquids in the form of water, herbal teas, fresh juices and clear fasting soup. This allows the body to undergo deep regeneration and cleansing processes. Many people experience greater inner peace, mental clarity and a renewed sense of well-being during this time.
